Happy Birthday Austin!!

We can't believe that Austin is now 5. He is getting so big. He is such a great big brother and a big helper. He loves to spend time with his dad doing projects. He is sure that dad can fix anything, which he can of course. We are just so thankful to have such a sweet boy in our family.

Making Skirts in Utah

When we were in Utah my sister-in-laws and I made these fun skirts. Brooklyn Loves to twirl in these skirts, so I couldn't get her to sit still to take a picture. So cute!!!

Getting our Christmas Tree

For the last few years we have gone to Brycen's Aunt Kaye and Uncle Bill, to their tree farm and got our christmas tree. We love it. It is fun that the kids are getting bigger and so excited to do all the fun Christmas activities. The kids helped us pick the perfect tree.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Woody, Alice in Wonderland, and Buzz Lightyear.

We had a fun Halloween, but we sure missed Brycen, who was on a business trip and missed halloween. The kids got really excited to dress up and trick or treat this year. We also had fun going over to my aunts house and spending time with family.

Carmel Apples

We made Carmel apples for Family Home Evening tonight. The kids loved it. We all want to do it again. I wish that I would have read the instructions, that you have to refrigerate them for an hour after you make them. But the kids had fun making them and then I cut up apples and they dipped them in there own spoon full of carmel.

Carving Pumpkins

For family night we carved pumpkins. The kids picked out there own pumpkins from the woodley pumpkin patch. The boys wanted scary faces and Brookie wanted a princess face (well, we tried). It is hard to get them to all look the same direction in a picture. Brycen did a great job carving.

Woodley Pumpkin Patch

We had a great family night going on our annual outing to the Woodley pumpkin patch. The kids loved getting all the pumpkins. It is so fun to see how excited they get when they find all the pumpkins. We are loving halloween time, and reading lots of halloween books. I just finished the kids halloween pillowcases. This fall has been great.

First Day of Preschool

Austin and Brooklyn did great. It is so fun for them. They have music time together, and they told me today that they sat by each other. Brooklyn wasn't sure she wanted me to leave until she saw the playdough and she was good to go. Colton is enjoying some one on one time with me. I felt like I got so much done in 2 1/2 hours with just one kid. I can't believe how big they are getting. They are just so fun.

Brookie playing with the playdough

Austin is so funny. Last year I have a picture of him playing with the trains the first day too. He is too busy for pictures.

Predators of the serengeti

The Oregon Zoo just opened a new exhibit today. I went with a few friends and checked it out. It was crazy busy. We will have to go back when it isn't so wild.

We just got Lions.

Austin and Davis holding hands, so cute!!

These monkeys love climbing around.

Austin, Luke and Landon.

Walk with Grandma

After Austin's soccer game we went and took a walk with Grandma.

Tide Pools

While at the beach, my parents showed us a place in Lincoln City that you can drive on the beach and see tide pools. We just love going to the coast. Thanks Mom and Dad for sharing your home with us.
